Juniors we are slowly approaching our senior year and it’s time to think about the future.
Our school offers a variety of trips throughout the year for students. It engages them to start thinking about their life after school.
I am a junior and ready to start my college journey therefore I went to the NACAC College Fair at Devos place. It was filled with over 100 colleges attending from Michigan all the way to Arizona!
Many students should take this opportunity to learn about colleges around them or out of state, it is a great pathway to understanding what you need.
It’s crucial to start thinking about your future, acting fast is not only a great look for colleges but is beneficial for you.
The NACAC is an organization of more than 27,000 professionals from around the world dedicated to serving students as they make choices about pursuing postsecondary education.
For those who have never been to a college fair, when you walk in it’s pretty nice. Each booth is set up with the college names and brochures.
They had people from different states, cities, and countries. My favorite part was the infographics and the souvenirs they’d give us. They had pens, pencils, popsockets, flags, and even cardboard from their schools.
You gain a lot of information that maybe you didn’t expect. It really helps out if you desire to learn more about colleges and programs after high school.
