The Super Bowl is coming up faster than we’ve anticipated! If you have been living under a rock then let me explain what the Super Bowl is. The Super Bowl is an American football championship game of the National Football League (NFL). This takes place every year at the beginning of the year.
Since this event is highly anticipated, there’s a lot of excitement happening so far with who will be the final 2 teams to play and become national champions. So let’s discuss what we know and what you should know so far Super Bowl Sunday.
Super Bowl LVIII will take place at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada on Sunday, February 11, 2024. There’s up to 65,000 seats in the stadium.
The halftime is the most anticipated part when watching the Super Bowl. At least for most it is. This year Usher will be performing during halftime and many are excited and curious for what his performance will be like.
Another thing that viewers at home look forward to is the Super Bowl commercials during the breaks of the game. A lot has already been teased on what will be shown during the game and what collabs will be there. Like a collaboration between Starry and Ice Spice.
“I’m hyped to star in the first-ever STARRY Super Bowl commercial. Trust me, STARRY is a vibe,” rapper Ice Spice said in a press release for the upcoming spot.
Another collaboration was announced with comedian Eric André and Nestle’s new “Dr. Umstick” ice cream. The whole commercial was already released and it showed him at an airport with ice creams in his suitcase and a little doll of himself beside him. A photo of him with the ice cream is featured in the article.
Pringles gave a little hint for the person they are collaborating with. On their official Instagram they posted a photo of a man with a mustache next to the Pringles mascot to let the fans guess who it could possibly be.
“Pringles is thrilled to continue bringing the flavor and fun for our seventh consecutive Big Game ad spot on the biggest snacking day of the year with a celebrity talent who has some pretty bold facial hair, similar to a certain global snacking icon we all know and love,” Mauricio Jenkins, VP of global marketing for Pringles, told “GMA” in an emailed statement. “Stay tuned to find out who the ‘uncanny’ resemblance belongs to.”
All these things are leading up to the big day on February 11th, which will be a big and exciting day for Football fans and those that want to get together with friends and family and root for the teams they want to get the big win of the year.
