I give the movie Deadpool and Wolverine a rating of 10 out of 10.
It’s the return of Marvel’s famous Merc with a mouth Deadpool ( Ryan Rendalds) and Wolverine the Vicious Anti-Hero of the X-Men (Hugh Jackman) working together and the Universe hoping to take down a new enemy who plans on erasing Deadpool’s Universe from existence. While breaking box office records, the film earned an “A” CinemaScore and a 95% audience score, which helped make the 21st-highest-grossing film of all time.
There are people who are giving the film 1 star reviews due to them finding issues with the script,the amount of violence and visual effects.Other say the plot of the movie didn’t raise the stakes and that Deadpool doesn’t care about anything in the movie.
But I say that argument is flawed due to how Wade risked everything to fix his world and light a new fire in Wolverine. Deadpool AKA Wade Wilson didn’t want to spend the rest of his life lonely, without a meaning for life or a proper way to use his powers and abilities to make things better for himself and the people he cares about so he tried to live a normal life in New York. He is soon recruited to join a multi universal time organization known as the TVA by a man named “Mr Paradox” (played by Matthew Macfadyen) to change the history of the Marvel Universe along with Wolverine aka Logan and join the Avengers but to do that Wade would need to abandoned his own current universe and let it be destroyed from existence.
Wade refuses to let that happen but is sent into another dimension known as “The Void” which is a multiversal trash heap where characters who stood against the TVA were sent to when they tried to stop them. Wade and Logan need to find a way back to stop the TVA while making tons of previous Marvel movie references along the way while meeting some familiar faces and 4th wall breaks some more.
There are many memorable scenes in the movie.. The fight Deadpool has with the enemy and was dancing to the song “BYE BYE by NSYNC” while breaking the 4th wall at the same time to dance and fight while using his Wolverine’s adamantium Skeleton was a highlight.
Deadpool broke the 4th wall to make people laugh.The creator included fan favorites/underrated characters in certain scenes during the movie that included a return of Laura also known as X-23 aka Wolverine’s biological daughter from the previous Logan movie(played by Dafne Keen),Hulk,Johnny storm aka Human Torch, Blade,Elektra and Gambit as well as other variants of Logan aka Wolverine.
