The Minions characters have been an all-time favorite for many people.
Directed by Kyle Balda, Minions: The Rise of Gru has a review of 4.3 out of 5 percent on Rotten Tomatoes.
Minions: The Rise of Gru, was released on July 1, 2022. The movie is about young Gru wanting to join the Vicious 6 to become a supervillain but gets declined, so he steals the zodiac stone to prove them wrong. Gru ends up giving the stone to a minion, Otto, then Otto loses it and they have to go on an adventure to get it back.
The movie was filled with funny moments with Kevin, Stuart, Bob, Otto, and heartfelt moments with Wild Knuckles and Gru. All of the minions are voiced by Pierre Coffin, and Steve Carell voices Gru.
The production of Minions: The Rise of Gru started in July 2017, the movie title was revealed in 2019 and was supposed to come out soon after that. But unfortunately was put on wait due to Illumination Mac Guff closing because of the Covid-19 pandemic. But after a long 2 years of waiting the movie finally got released in 2022.
In comparison to the other Minions movies, Minions: The Rise of Gru has a different feel to it. Younger Gru and the Minions are way cuter in this movie than any of the other movies.
