For 2022-2023 school year’s Homecoming was “A Night to Remember.” That could either be in a good or bad way.
For many, like the freshmen, it was their first time experiencing a high school dance. Seniors seemed to enjoy it as it is one of their last school dances. We also had Eulaya Powell and Kevin Underwood serving their fantastic outfits as our homecoming royals.
The students seemed to have fun and enjoy the music. When it comes to teenagers who each have different types of likes, it is difficult to find things that they all enjoy. It is easier to find things that they commonly dislike and don’t enjoy.
Mr.Baumbach was present at the dance and so were many other teachers who were there to volunteer.
Students were impressed, even with the location being a familiar one.. “For a school dance that was held in the gym it was pretty cool,” Denise Peralta.
Cristian Diaz said the dance was even better than last year. Overall, the student councils did a good job at planning homecoming.
