The Wyoming Wolf Pack Press is made up of many people, one of them being Santiago Rendon. He is a Junior in high school. When asked what two words would describe him best he shared “Two words that would describe me would be chill and athletic.”
Santiago mentions athletic as one of the words to describe himself, this is one of the words he used due to the extracurricular activities that he has participated in including soccer. “I played for the Wyoming JV soccer team this year, but next year I want to try to get into the varsity team”.
He not only has the goal of overachieving in soccer and getting on the varsity team but he has other goals. Another goal that he has is for his future, what his plans are after he graduates high school, and where he wants to go. “One goal I have is to graduate and go to university, be studious, and become either a plumber or an electrician,” explained Rendon.
Having a goal in mind is important for your future, understanding where you want to go in life and what you want to pressure. Something that could be difficult for many people is staying motivated and on the right path. “What motivates me is the payment because a plumber and electrician get paid very well due to the dangerous conditions that they are put through,” said Santiago.
Hobbies are important to many and what you do in your free time represents you in various ways. For Santigo, he likes to watch movies after school and/ or in his downtime one of his favorite movies is Fast And The Furious which is an action-packed movie about racing cars. “I really like Fast And The Furious because of the actors and the way they act also the cars. The Escala Is like my dream car” explained Rendon.
