Harmoni Green and Caleb Zapata are the winners of the Wyoming 2025 Homecoming Court. Both seniors put lots of work into the process of running with their dates, making posters and getting their outfits ready for the Halftime at homecoming when they were announced.
From head to toe, both Harmoni and Caleb were wearing some of the most stylish outfits. Caleb decided to wear a stunning blue bowtie to match his girlfriend Rhiley VanDyken’s beautiful, vibrant blue dress, which complimented both of them amazingly.
Harmoni chose to take a different route than most people running for Homecoming Court, deciding to match her boyfriend, Caaleb Murray, in a way that most people couldn’t outdo. Harmoni wore one of her boyfriend’s football jerseys, making sure to match his football attire for the game itself. Standing out from the rest of the runners, matching in football uniforms, was a remarkable decision which looked breathtaking.
Although both of them ran with different people and for different reasons, they both held a passion for the court that was unmatched. It’s their senior year, and they were both looking to do something with their partners, and try something new. “We thought it would be cute, you know? Like a good high school couple aesthetic,” Harmoni said. “Me and Rhiley had been looking forward to this, we planned everything out and were so excited,” Caleb exclaimed.
Everyone who was able to be on court had to decorate their own golf courts, and both Caleb and Rhiley’s and Harmoni and Caaleb’s were decorated amazingly. Harmoni and Caaleb decorated their golf cart with a feeling of wolf pride and all the wolf colors, while Caleb and Rhiley followed the homecoming theme of “Under the Sea,” and executed it amazingly.
Running with different dates but winning together is something that people may not think happens usually. However, for the both of them, it wasn’t necessarily a bad thing, and they were both still excited to hear their names get called. Many core memories were made, and it was a lot of fun for both Caleb and Harmoni.
When deciding to run for homecoming, there is a lot that goes into it, especially when homecoming was the third week into the school year. Making posters to post on social media, deciding your outfits to wear during halftime and to the dance, wondering what goes into it in the first place, and even deciding to run for homecoming court instead of prom royalty.
