Name: Hex
Breed: Reptile Bearded Dragon
Age: 4 years old

The perception people have of reptiles might be bad because of their scary look, but to me they are unique creatures. I present to you Hex, a handsome bearded dragon.
Hex means the world to me ever since I saw him at a VIP pet store I knew that I had to have him. He came from a rough environment with his past owners and sadly lost one on his toes. When we got him he came with all of the stuff: tank, sand, and even a little water bowl.
One thing that you think reptiles would do is being protective and scary but Hex is none of those things. He is really loving and playful. You can get bearded dragons in different colors but hex is light brown with yellow around his eyes he has little spikes on his body for protection. You will know when he is mad because he would puff up like a puffer fish.
I love feeding him all of his bugs because watching him chase his food around is funny since he always has to flip his body to get around. He loves all of his food like Roaches, blue caterpillars and every dragon gel. The only thing that This man won't eat is vegetables and crickets. He's not usually a picky eater until I started to give him his favorite foods. If I don't give him his favorite, he will become fussy and won't eat anything at all until he gets his way.
Trying to introduce my bearded dragon to my other pets was funny because we would put hex on Trixys back. Everytime we did this my dog would get scared and start to run away while he was still on her back. Hex was loving it like he was flying through the sky. Not all reptiles are mean and scary and Hex is a perfect example of that.
