It may be scary for players who don’t like to be in front of a lot of people. It is normal for some players to feel a level of anxiety. ””I have a quick little prayer before the game,” JV player Linda Cifuentes said.
This game can help you step out of your bubble. It is very interactive because you need to talk to your teammates to win. When playing volleyball you must know who’s gonna get the ball. Everybody has to know who’s gonna hit which is why you hear people yell in a game of volleyball. “Talking to your teammates helps everybody be on the same page,” said Cifuentes.
Volleyball was originally created to be a less dangerous and calmer sport than basketball. As there’s not much physical contact, instead they engage in a fierce competition behind a net.
