My name is Lauren Mosby. I just turned 18 years old recently on July 17th. I am from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and recently relocated to Grand Rapids, Michigan last year in June. I have an older brother and an older sister. My brother's name is Trevon Mosby, and he attends Cornerstone University. He is also 24 years old and the middle child out of all three siblings. Not too long ago, he moved to Detroit to prepare to get married in a couple weeks. My older sister is the oldest of all of us. Her name is Dohminique and she is 25 years old. She just released her first book as a published author called “Victorious”. My mother, Portia Mosby, is a single parent who always took care of us the best way she could.
Since I was three years old, I loved to dance. It just came to me naturally and as I got older, I got better and better. My brother Trevon always wrote music and sometimes I would have to sit in the recording studio with him for hours! I hated it, but as time passed and as I matured, I realized that I wanted to do the same thing so being a lyricist is now my passion. The recording studio is like my second home aside from boxing. Yes, I box as well. At first, I was afraid to because of my back issues. I have scoliosis of the spine, but I love boxing so I never let that get in the way. After high school, my dream since the eighth grade is to attend Howard University in Washington D.C. to study audio engineering. Altogether, I am a very creative and outgoing person. I love coming in contact with new things, people, and ideas.
