Menalito McGee dazzles once again in dominating win over Wayland

Gavin Henry, Sports Writer

Senior Guard Menalito McGee shot his way to victory Tuesday night. The Wolves looked great in every facet of the game, but there one was spot that shined brighter than others.

McGee scored a career-high 48 points which is impressive, but there is a stat that outweighs it even more. He made 14 three-pointers, which is the second-most in a single game in Michigan High School basketball history. He is becoming a star before our eyes, garnering more and more attention from media outlets and universities every time he takes the court.

Obviously, none of this success is possible without a stellar supporting cast. This team is very senior centric and Menalito knows none of this would be possible with the likes of the Parks brothers, Carlo Bass, and Diego Ladesma.
