Qdoba, a chain of Mexican restaurants, established in 1995, is one of the greatest fast food chains in America. When you step in this restaurant the smells hit you like a wave. Beans, salsa, and guacamole fill your nostrils and your stomach begins to rumble. On the menu, there are tacos to the left and quesadilla to the right. You stand there, trying to find your way through the menu before asked politely, “what can I get started for you today?”

As you order, your brain becomes larger than your stomach and somehow you’ve ordered the whole menu. You have received your food, paid, and grabbed your drink at the huge digital coca cola station. You are now seated and the first bite you takes leaves your mouth with steam as you crunch down on an amazing shell. You look around the room and hear loud conversations with great smiles. Music filled the speakers and you don’t see a dissatisfied face throughout the entire restaurant.

With my experience, I ordered a vegetarian quesadilla that contained cheese, cilantro, sour cream, tomatoes, and corn salsa. It was amazing! They pressed it long enough for the skin to be nice, brown, and crunchy. I tasted the tomatoes and the tad of sour cream was just enough to make it filling. The tomatoes began to fall off of the quesadilla and every bite I take leaves me with great enjoyment. My mother and sister both said their food was outstanding. Our favorite part, the queso dip. It was mild, but great.

Overall, this inexpensive and quick meal was magnificent at Qdoba. The lines went quick and the meals were great. I would definitely make the visit back very soon.
